Family Friendly Alcohol Free Event
Artisan/Trades Fair, 10-4 pm, a FREE fun-filled event for all ages to bring people together to share their talent with the community. Come learn how to decorate a cake, make slime, or sharpen a saw! Learn how to paint while enjoying live music and a hot cup of coffee from our cafe. Make and take activities available or just hang out and learn something new.
A Charity Car Show to benefit mission projects in Guatemala will kick off with the singing of the National Anthem by the Sabres Doug Allen at 12 noon. All types of cars, trucks and motorcycles will be staged at 10am. Judging will close at 4pm. Show your car for $8 (pre-register) or $10 the day of the show (registration below). Categories will be decided the day of the show based on registrations with 18 trophies/awards. The first 100 registered cars will receive a dash plaque. Pre- registration closes on Sunday, September 23rd.
If you donate items to help in Guatemala you will receive another ticket to vote. Items needed: Sizes 3-XL hoodies; socks, gloves, knit caps, intensive care cream, peanut butter, school supplies, chewable children’s vitamins, children’s tooth brushes, tooth paste, travel size shampoo, children’s cough medicine, soap, and desktop calculators with 12 digit large LCD display, dual power (solar and battery).
We will also have door prizes every 30 mins for adults and children, a kids station with face painting, crafts and activities, a car cutting demonstration at 2pm, and much more! Check back for a list of prizes available.
The Chicken BBQ will start at 12 noon and run until sold out. You will get 1/2 chicken, mac & cheese, cucumber salad, roll/butter for $11. Beverages and other snacks will be available for a nominal fee. We highly recommend pre-ordering below.
