As a staff, we have the privilege of praying for each prayer request that comes through your Friendship Cards. We pray every Tuesday during our staff meeting. Please take a moment and fill out a Friendship Card this Sunday.
Did you know that we have a small group that gathers for prayer at 8:30am on Sunday mornings in Room 1? Prayer is the driving force behind our church and you can be part of this vital ministry. Our church services, pastoral staff, our church family are lifted to the Lord during this time. Everyone is encouraged to join us.
The Prayer Task Force will be handing out Lenten Prayer Brochures this Sunday. Please stop to pick one up and if you have any questions, feel free to contact the task force members: Renee Engels, Debbie Richter, Laurie Rovnak, Jim Burrell or Norm Pries.
There is still time to sign up for the Family Prayer Initiative. Simply stop by the Welcome Center to pick up a membership list, pick the 10 families below your name and the next month, pray for the next 10 families. If you have a list already, please add Bill & Rose Ellis and their children Kirk, Carrie and Jennifer. They were inadvertently left off the list.
Prayer Request Notification Emails
As a reminder, prayer requests, praises and updates should be sent to this email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling the church office (675-9245) during business hours. We ask that you refrain from calling or texting staff members personal numbers, unless it is an emergency request. This helps us to streamline the sending of requests and to be respectful of staff when they are at home.
All requests sent to
email@example.com are sent directly to the prayer ministry group. Type the address previously listed into your to: line in your email, as you would any typical email.
If you would like assistance in how this process works, please contact Allison Leckel and she can schedule a time to walk you through the process.
