Juwan Vázquez-Moore
Senior Pastor
The Holy Spirit touched Juwan at a young age when his family was invited to church. Growing up seeking God on his own has inspired him to create a multi-generational mosaic of a spiritual family, surrendered to Christ as Lord and living on mission.
Juwan has a contagious joy, but he also loves to engage with people on a deeper level by listening to their stories. He loves to be goofy, make people laugh, and spend time with his wife and family. He frequently shifts between making nonsensical jokes and engaging in rich theological and philosophical conversations.
The biblical character Juwan relates to is Jeremiah because he was called at a young age to preach the word of God.

Terry Geartz
Worship Leader
Terry’s mom said he was born loving music. He made music everything. As he got older and realized how much he needed to rely upon God in everything, his drive to be successful through music faded. He never planned on being a worship leader, but God had different plans.
He is married with 3 boys and 5 grandchildren. He love skiing, hunting, fishing, hiking, the beach and is a huge Bills fan.
He relates most to David, because of the reminder of his passion and love for God, yet how at any time we can fail when we don’t keep our eyes on the One that created us for more.

Sarah Nolan
Preschool Director
Sarah is passionate about nurturing young children and supporting families throughout the preschool years, recognizing this time as the foundation for a child's educational journey. She is dedicated to creating a strong, loving start by pouring the love of Jesus into the lives of her students and helping them grow spiritually, socially, and academically.
She and her husband have four children who fill their lives with fun, laughter, and lots of sports! Her family is very active—they’re often at the field for football, baseball, lacrosse, or cheerleading. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, or going to the beach. She also has two sweet dogs who are very much a part of her family.
Mary is her favorite biblical character because she was Jesus’ mother and was a great example of faith, humility, and strength.

Alexis Renn OTR/L
Children's Ministry Director
Alexis was raised in a Christian home and came to know Christ at a young age. Her love for children and passion for sharing God’s Word drew her into Children’s Ministry.
She earned a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, where she developed an understanding of the unique needs, abilities, and learning styles of children at all levels of development and accessibility. She uses her experience to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where every child—no matter their age or stage—can discover how deeply Jesus loves them.
Alexis believes the gospel is for every child and enjoys using creativity, hands-on learning, and partnering with families to help children grow in faith. She is passionate about equipping families with tools to continue discipleship at home.
She and her husband have one son and enjoy making memories together.
In the Bible, Phoebe’s faithful service as a servant of the church inspires Alexis as she shares the hope of Jesus with children and families.

Lysette Vázquez-Moore
Next Steps Director
Lysette began following the Lord shortly after she lost her father at 5 years old. At a young age, God gave her a strong faith rooted in Him, and even through her loss, she knew she was in His hands. She grew up with a mom who loved God and discipled her into the woman she is today. She developed her love for people and serving during her high school mission trips to Honduras. She was radically changed every time she went to Honduras and strives to help people see their everyday lives as their mission field.
Lysette is passionate about walking alongside folks and helping them discover where God is calling them. She loves hearing people's stories and allowing space for folks to ask the hard life questions.
When she's not baking bread, she's spending time with her husband, daughter, and family. She loves going on walks, drinking coffee, and eating good Puerto Rican food.
Her favorite passage of the Bible is the Sermon on the Mount because it is such a beautiful pathway of how we should live our lives and follow Christ.
